Jen Moclair, 500hr E-RYT

Jen is an athlete who began practicing yoga to heal an injury and discovered that yoga was helping her heal more than the physical body; it changed her life. This is why Jen’s passion is to help people find their inner power, both physically and mentally, through the practice of yoga. Her teaching style is challenging and supportive, focusing on alignment in the poses and utilizing the breath as a means to connect mind and body. Jen's classes are dynamic and balanced and will leave you feeling empowered and inspired! Jen completed her 500-hour YTT with Coral Brown and also completed the Advanced Yoga Teacher Training with Ana Forrest. In addition, Jen has learned from and has been inspired by teachers such as Seane Corn, Baron Baptiste, and Bryan Kest. Jen is also one of the first Connected Warrior teachers in Maine. Connected Warriors is an organization that provides free trauma-conscious yoga classes to active military and combat veterans who suffer from PTSD.

Susan Gallagher, 200hr YTT

I’ve been living in Midcoast Maine since 1985 and practicing yoga since 2011. Yoga helped me heal after years of chronic lower back pain and major surgery. After three years of practice, I enrolled in a 200-hour teacher training program and received my certification in 2014. I am an avid outdoor enthusiast and enjoy gardening, sewing, and cooking. What draws me to my mat is the heightened awareness and self-forgiveness that yoga fosters. My personal philosophy is that “we are one,” and I believe everyone—regardless of where they’re from, their age, shape, or personal beliefs—should have the opportunity to experience the blessing of self-discovery through yoga.
