Jen Moclair 500hr E-RYT Jen’s teaching style is thoughtful and supportive, focusing on alignment in the poses and utilizing the breath as a means to connect mind and body.  Jen is currently offering a vinyasa flow class that will help to awaken, stretch and strengthen.  There is a progression to longer holds and more focused relaxation, preparing you to peacefully embrace the day. 

Strong Slow Flow: A challenging and thoughtful class that builds strength, stamina, flexibility, and mobility. All levels, but not a beginner class. Familiarity with the poses is assumed.


Gentle Flow: This is a mindful and slower flow class that is the perfect class for beginners, someone returning to their practice, or anyone who would like to move slower and get a better understanding of the poses. 


Strong Flow Class Saturday at 9:00 am

Gentle Flow Class Saturday at 10:30 am & Wednesday at 9:00 am. 

FULLY vaccinated students have the option to come and practice without a mask. Those who are not fully vaccinated MUST wear their masks.

Offering a 10 class pass for $120 or a 5 class pass for $70.

Class passes do not expire.  Offering Yoga in the barn year-round. 

You are welcome to pay with cash or check on the day of class. Please email ahead of time to reserve your spot.
