Start your morning on beautiful Westport Island with a restorative Yoga class at Lulu's Barn Saturday mornings at 9 am or 10:45 am with Yoga instructor, Jen Moclair (500hr E-RYT). YOGA WITH ALPACAS held in a paddock among friendly alpacas; Willy, Fleecy, Gussy, Marty, L.L. Cool Beans, Midnight & Big Paulie is on one special Sunday morning a month from June to October from 9:00 - 10:15 am. Even if you have never taken a yoga class, LULU'S BARN welcomes you to experience yoga that is suitable for all levels and is geared towards beginners and having fun!
After a restorative and fun yoga class enjoy a walk on one of our lovely preserves. Included among the public access lands are four public preserves, including a public boat landing, that supports fishing, boating, hiking, birding, viewing historic landmarks, and other recreational uses.
Or, if you love history, Westport offers a self-guided tour of ten significant sites of historic and scenic interests in an approximately 20-mile loop.
Along the way, stop by Westport Island Pottery, and see all that Nancy has to offer at her self-serve honor system pottery shop at 123 West Shore Rd. Located across the street from the Segerstrom Preserve.
Close out your day here on Westport Island at Sasanoa Brewery for a delightful outdoor experience at their tasting room located at the Tarbox Farm. Enjoy craft beer, cheese, & charcuterie. Indulge in their delightful selection of certified organic produce, straight from the heart of the farm. They offer forest-raised pork and vibrant flower bouquets, freshly harvested from their flourishing fields.
