Yoga for Strength
4-week session
Yoga for Strength with guest instructor, Jacob. Created to welcome men into yoga, this class invites everyone who wants to build flexibility, balance, and ease in a relaxed, down-to-earth setting. This 75-minute, all-levels practice combines simple movements, mindful breathing, and gentle flow to help you feel stronger and more centered in your body. You don’t need to be flexible to start—yoga helps you become more flexible, while also improving focus, reducing stress, supporting joint health, and building real, functional strength. No experience needed—just curiosity and a willingness to move and breathe. Jacob Lewis Cummings has been practicing yoga for over 25 years, with roots in Hatha, Vinyasa, and the contemplative study of Tibetan Buddhism. He completed his RYT 200 through Yoga Renew in Hoboken, NJ, and is currently pursuing his RYT 500. This 4-week series begins October 20 - November 11. This class offers a drop-in rate of $20 or the option to use a class card. If you are not a class card holder and plan to pay for a drop-in class, please complete your payment before class.
